1. Log into your Verizon account online or call 1-800-VZNITY (1-800-842-8483).
2. Enter your account information and password, and then click “Reset Account” on the next screen.
3. Enter your email address and password, and then click “Reset Account” on the next screen.
4. Enter your billing information, and then click “Reset Account” on the next screen.
5. Enter your payment method information, and then click “Reset Account”
